Bullying: Bush legacy

The free rein to bully, cause suffering, and hit people when they're down is one hell of a legacy for a compassionate conservative administration that campaigned on the promise of states rights when it suited their purposes. 80% of Americans agree with having marijuana available. Who do the Feds think they're representing? Frankly, I'm sick of Ashcroft's ideals and bullying!
