Relentless attempt at Eli Lilly protections

It's Back! The same sneaky stuff that was tacked onto the homeland security bill regarding vaccine protections for Eli Lilly.
Senator Bill Frist, with the help of Judd Gregg (R-NH), is resubmitting the Eli Lilly Thimerosal provison, with additional devastating changes to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, to the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee.
