, not as a patient, however. He recalls that it was a self-sustaining community where patients took pride in gardening, raising animals, and interaction. That's all changed now. I guess there was room for some labor abuse in hindsight which helped change laws and probably contributed to these hospitals demise.. Is street living or prisons somehow better?
