Rights watchdog bans workplace drug tests
"What I do outside work hours does not have to have an impact on what I do during work
hours. That's a violation of my privacy rights and my human rights."
This is a Canadian federal policy, retroactive to June 11,2002. Yet, here in the US we are imposing drug tests on all students. State employees non-work time is monitored. What a terrible violation! posted by Cyndy | link |
